Like many urban public schools, Elmhurst relies heavily on grants and fund-raising to provide the best possible educational program for our community. You can help!

  • DONATE ONLINE HERE. In the Leave a Comment box, please write “Donation to Elmhurst United.”
  • CHOOSE A PROGRAM TO SUPPORT. Help support different areas of our students learning!
  • SIGN UP TO VOLUNTEER HERE. Whether you have one afternoon or a couple of days a week, we can use your help with tutoring, planting in our school garden, helping update our website (ahem), serving a shift as a morning or afternoon crossing guard, or even adopting a classroom for the year.  We can’t wait to meet you!
  • DONATE WITH A CHECK through the Oakland Public Education Fund. Your donations go directly to providing additional Chromebooks for our scholars or providing new uniforms for our student athletes.  If you write a check, please write “Donation to Elmhurst United" on the Memo line.
  • BOX TOPS FOR EDUCATION. Scan Box Tops codes to support Elmhurst! Box Tops can be found on many office, cereal, and baking products.
